Lopees Purchase Policies

Here at Lopees we protect your privacy and all email address and names are for our records only and are not used for a third party .If you receive emails from us you have either purchased Lopees, emailed us or asked to be put onto our mailing list.  If you wish to be taken off our mailing list, we are sad to hear this though please email us and we will take you name off straight away.



Policy on Return Goods


We want all our customers to have a happy experience shopping and buying our products. If for any reason when you receive our products you believe they are faulty, damaged or broken please contact us immediately to discuss the next steps to take. Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. We will only replace the number items that are sent back to us eg. if you have 3 faulty items and only return one we will only replace that one.

If for any reason you receive our products and they are not what you want you have 7 days from receiving the purchased goods to send them back (customer pays for postage/freight) and the products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.

All Lopees products are quality controlled personally by our staff, so when they leave the warehouse they are in good working order.

The course of action with our 90 days Guarantee is for you to contact us and then we will send you out a self addressed envelope with a formal complaint form to fill out with your contact details, purchase date and explanation of the problem with the product.

Within 24 hours of receiving faulty products we will be in contact with you with an answer in regards to the return of the products. The condition of the Guarantee is that the products have not been mishandled and have followed the caring instructions, to warrant a replacement.

If you find a problem after the 90 days please still contact us and we will send you out a formal complaint form though it will be in our judgement on the next steps to take.


Caring instructions


With all our Lopees products it is very important to only hand wash in cold water, do not tumble dry, air dry only. Do not over fill as this only puts stress on the zips and material. Do not use any chemicals and please take out paper cards before washing. Do not iron on plastic pockets.



Payment and Postage Policy

Postage and handling means the postage cost, the parcel cost and packing.

Customers (who have an account or credit with us) have 30 days from Invoice date to pay for products. Though any orders over 500 items will require a 50% total payment up front when placing the order.




After 30 days another invoice will be sent out as a reminder saying this is now payable.


45 days /15 days overdue, another invoice will be sent out, with please pay within seven days.


60 days/30 days overdue, another invoice and email will be sent to them to say urgent this bill is now 30 days overdue.


75 days same as 60 days. We will not give you any more credit until this bill is paid.


90 days a phone call will be made and another invoice saying that this bill is now 60 days overdue and if not paid in 7 days action will be taken.


120 days we have passed this matter onto our creditors.
